Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped.
To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at 9895293399 with your order number. Once the order has been shipped, cancellations will no longer be possible.
Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns and refunds only for damaged or defective products. To ensure fairness and prevent misuse, we require an unboxing video as proof.
Return Eligibility:
A return request shall be raised within 5 days of delivery.
A clear unboxing video (starting from the sealed package) is mandatory to claim a return or refund for damaged items.
